Now where was my worst move… hmm perhaps the decision to hook the rook and queen to gain a rook for a knight – only I then got greedy…
edit – ah, while there is a wordpress plugin to view chess games available at http://code.google.com/p/chesstuff/downloads/list it does not seem to be installed here 
Shame that all those CSS hacks for IE6 & 7 are still being recognised by and implemented by Internat Explorer 8 – take away the hacks and it looks great – but my sites stop working in IE6 & 7. Why won’t everyone just upgrade already, so I can stop supporting those crap versions. I’m sure theres (yet another) work around published to sort this out.
I notice that Joomla now has an extension specifically to turn off functionality (modules) for IE … because if you publish more than one on a page they stop working.
